Relaxation
Relaxation Technique
Perform a gentle relaxation exercise focusing on the outer thigh muscles.
- Gently tense the outer thigh muscles for 20 seconds.
- Release and allow the muscles to relax completely.
- Repeat three times, with a short rest between each repetition.
- After the exercise, lie down comfortably and allow your body to relax while fully stretched.
- Focus on slow, comfortable breathing and allow yourself to settle into a relaxed state.
- If helpful, use calming or reassuring visual material to support relaxation and a positive sense of physical wellbeing.
- Recall the situation or experience that caused tension and allow yourself to process the memory calmly, without forcing a particular response.
- Remain relaxed and comfortable, allowing the body to return naturally to its resting state.
